Pip's Wildlife Garden by Nutmeg Theatre Company on tour now!

‘Pip’s Wildlife Garden’ is a new project with Eastfeast and Suffolk’s Nutmeg Puppet Company.  The puppet play will visit 50 playgroups, nurseries and schools from rural parts of Suffolk Coast and Heaths, the Broads, Ipswich and Dedham Vale areas, who will all be able to enjoy a puppet show and hands-on workshops in Spring 2010.

Eastfeast is a team of professional gardeners, artists and teachers that helps schools deliver more effective learning based on working a school allotment through the seasons, culminating in a community feast. They work with students and teachers to develop the outdoor classroom, cultivating shared learning about the world in which we live, through food and art. 

With help from the Sustainable Development Fund, Eastfeast has run several projects in the Dedham Vale AONB so children and staff can really learn about local wildlife and habitats and what makes an AONB special. www.eastfeast.co.uk
