AONB Guide 2010 - FREE 28-page guide to Constable Country and the Dedham Vale AONB and Stour Valley. Download a copy - please note this is a 10mb pdf.
- Stour Valley Path - £3.50 A guide to the 60 mile waymarked regional route that runs from Newmarket to Cattawade. Includes information on accommodation and laminated route maps. Also includes "Days out along the Stour Valley Path" a guide for walkers intending to walk the Stour Valley Path without the need to back track or retrace their steps daily.
- Days out along the Stour Valley Path FREE A series of itineraries have been devised, covering convenient sections of the whole of the route. Each walk plan makes use of the best available transport services from conveniently placed starting points. Click here for the 3 downloads of the Upper, Middle and Lower Stour.
- Sudbury Walks and Rides - £2.00 - A laminated pack containing 9 walking and 4 cycle routes in Sudbury and the surrounding area. Routes range from 1 to 20 miles.
- The Painters' Trail - £3.50 - Using a mixture of quiet roads, cycle paths and well-surfaced tracks, this cycle route, explores the locations that were painted by famous local artists.
- A Walk in Constables Footsteps - FREE A walk along the River Stour from Manningtree Station to Flatford, with extensions to East Bergholt or Dedham. Download a copy
- Long Melford circular walk FREE Circular walking routes following edge of woodland, crossing farmland and passing interesting buildings. 5 and 7 miles. Click here to download a copy

- Haverhill Country Walks- FREE-A circular walking route along old railway lines and adjacent to the river Stour before passing through the village of Kedington. 6 miles. Click here to download a copy
- Bures Arger Fen - FREE - A circular walking route through lowland farmland and passing through the historic village of Bures St Mary on the river Stour. 2,3 and 4 miles. Click here to download a copy
